Kyle is a Senior Director with over 15 years of deals experience in Corporate Finance and Consulting roles which involved working with companies in various sectors; including Financial Services, Manufacturing and Healthcare. He has performed operational due diligence and developed and implemented strategic initiatives in support of the execution of post-merger integrations, separations, and carve-outs for buy and sell-side clients. ​​

Since joining Accordion, Kyle has led a multi‑phase global integration that stood up Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite as the unified commercial and finance platform that involved 49 countries, including local tax, e‑invoicing, factoring, and reporting compliance.

Prior to Accordion, Kyle led and participated in the integration and separation of businesses for both private equity and corporate clients.  He has created and executed governance structures and leveraged project management techniques to facilitate Day 1 Readiness. Kyle has overseen the development of Transition Service Agreements, to include the development of the pricing model for such services, developed integration playbooks, and analyzed income statements and other financial and operational documentation to develop revenue and expense synergy models.  ​​

Previously, Kyle was the CFO of a PE-backed insurance wholesaler whose primary strategy was to acquire and consolidate other brokerages. He was responsible for overseeing the integration of all subsidiaries from an operational and financial perspective, financial reporting, payroll, accounting policies, operating budgets, tax, and management of outside accounting firms. He was also responsible for overseeing the IT department. Kyle began his career as an Officer in the US Army.  He served two combat tours in Iraq; earning two Bronze Star Medals, one with the Valor device.  ​​

Kyle graduated from New York University’s Stern School of Business with an M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting and a B.B.A. in Finance from James Madison University.  He is a licensed CPA in New York.
