Haley is a Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Accordion. She is a career changer with eight years of experience – three years in Finance and five years in HR & Talent Acquisition.
Prior to Accordion, Haley worked on the People Team at a global software company called Qualtrics. She served as a trusted talent partner to company leaders, successfully filling roles across Sales and Customer Success. Before joining Qualtrics, Haley worked in the Human Capital Management Division at Goldman Sachs, where she managed a wide variety of HR-related matters for the Investment Banking Division, ranging from talent acquisition to performance management to internal mobility to compensation.
Haley started her career on Wall Street as an Investment Banking Analyst at Deutsche Bank. She then joined a valuation and transaction advisory firm called VMG Health, first as a Senior Financial Analyst in the Valuation Division and later as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the Human Resources Division after her career change.
Haley earned her B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
