Nicholas is an Analyst in Accordion’s Strategic Finance practice with experience supporting private equity‑backed companies on transformation, operational improvement, corporate development, and value‑creation initiatives. He focuses on building financial and operational analyses that enhance visibility into performance and support decision‑making for sponsors and management teams.
At Accordion, Nicholas supports workstreams that span financial reporting, cost and profitability analysis, and project management on strategic and transaction‑related engagements. His recent experience includes contributing to divestiture support and cost‑tracking efforts and helping develop internal tools and materials for key account planning and proposal responses.
Before joining the Strategic Finance team full‑time, Nicholas participated in Accordion’s analyst rotational program, spending time in the Transformation, Strategic Finance, and Transaction Execution practices, and previously interned with the Transaction Execution group. Earlier in his career, he worked in project management and cost estimation for mechanical contracting firms, where he was responsible for bid‑stage cost calculations and resolving operational bottlenecks on active job sites.
Nicholas graduated with high honors from Elon University with a B.A. in Economics, with a focus in Finance.
