Sheeja is a Senior Director, People Business Partner with nearly a decade of Human Resource experience in Telecom, Technology and Finance industries.

Before joining Accordion, she was an HR Business Partner for the Technology division within Goldman Sachs where she collaborated with senior leadership to deliver Performance Management and Talent Strategy, advisory for organization redesign, and led leadership pipeline review and compensation along with providing HR advisory to employees.

Sheeja has extensive global experience in Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Learning and Development, Diversity and Inclusion from her prior roles in the UK and India.

Sheeja graduated from ICFAI University with Masters of Business Administration in Human Resource and from Christ University with Bachelors in Business Management in Human Resource
