Adam is a Director in Accordion’s corporate performance management practice, with more than nine years of consulting experience supporting CFO organizations. He leads end-to-end planning and reporting workstreams across a portfolio of Workday Adaptive Planning implementations, re-implementations, and ongoing optimization engagements, with a focus on revenue, expense, and workforce planning models for sponsor-backed companies.

His recent clients include Biofourmis, Global Claims Services, Nearmap, Wasserman, Model N, and others, where Adam has owned solution design, guided integration and data modeling, and overseen delivery of executive-ready dashboards and board reporting.

Before joining Accordion, Adam spent over five years at Workday, where he implemented Adaptive Planning and financial management solutions for companies of all sizes and supported design, enablement, and go‑to‑market efforts for CFO and financial planning and analysis (FP&A) teams. He began his career at Huron Consulting Group, delivering Oracle-based performance management solutions while driving process improvement, change management, and mentoring junior consultants.

Adam holds a B.S. in Business from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management, with concentrations in Finance and Management Information Systems, and he completed an international business program at Copenhagen Business School in Denmark.
