Tarun is a Managing Director on Accordion’s CFO Technology team, with more than two decades of experience leading large‑scale digital transformation, customer success, account expansions, operations, and multi‑cloud delivery programs for global enterprises.
With a career spanning 20+ years across Salesforce, AI, Oracle, and data‑driven transformation initiatives, Tarun built high‑performing global teams, delivering complex, mission‑critical programs with precision. Prior to joining Accordion, Tarun led global delivery team at A5 where some of the major milestones included: achieving multiple Salesforce and Oracle awards including Salesforce Partner Innovation Awards, IP’s listed on Appexchange, enabling multiple practices, and establishing processes and tools for improving efficiencies and driving automation
Previously, he spent more than a decade in consulting and architecture positions across the U.S. and India, helping companies streamline sales processes, modernize operations, establish data governance, and implement enterprise platforms primarily across manufacturing and hi-tech industries.
A respected thought leader and industry voice, Tarun frequently serves as a speaker, moderator, and panelist at global conferences, partner summits, and customer community events. He has authored and contributed to numerous articles on digital transformation, industry‑specific use cases, and best practices for scaling enterprise delivery.
Tarun holds a Master’s degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from MS University, India.
