Connor is a Senior Consultant in Accordion’s Anaplan practice, with more than three years of experience designing and implementing Anaplan solutions. He combines hands‑on model build skills with client‑facing experience to help finance teams improve forecasting accuracy, scenario analysis, and reporting for stakeholders across the business.
At Accordion, Connor helps lead model design and build workstreams for a wide range of planning programs, including subscriber forecasting, revenue planning, and workforce planning. He serves as project manager and lead model builder for Comcast’s multi‑year subscriber modeling program, where he is expanding and refining a suite of driver‑based models to support decisions across offerings, tiers, channels, and products in the West Division and broader cable business.
Connor also plays a central role on the Mercer Advisors planning project, partnering with the client’s FP&A and HR teams to design and implement Anaplan‑based solutions for assets under management, fee revenue, compensation, and workforce planning, including data integration from source systems such as UKG and Greenhouse and the design of executive‑ready dashboards and reporting views.
Before joining Accordion, Connor focused on Oracle EPM and Oracle planning implementations across healthcare, utilities, and insurance, serving as lead build consultant on projects that spanned the full lifecycle from design through implementation and knowledge transfer. He has experience with financial modeling, narrative reporting, and data integration tools, and has worked with clients across the United States. Connor holds a B.S. in Finance from Butler University and is based in Chicago.
