Lauren is a Senior Director of Leadership Acquisition with over 15 years of experience in talent acquisition and human resources – bringing unique expertise to Accordion’s growing team.
Before joining Accordion, Lauren spent over 13 years working at L.E.K. Consulting in talent acquisition. She was responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent at all levels across the firm. There, Lauren partnered with senior leaders to help identify sector specific needs and develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy that aligned with the goals of the firm. She also spent time as a Career Services Manager that was responsible for helping staff transition out of the firm.
In addition to working in a number of industries at L.E.K. such as consumer, healthcare, technology, media and entertainment, and industrials, Lauren previously spent time in the architectural and design industries as an executive recruiter.
Lauren is a graduate from the University of Wisconsin in Parkside with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
