Nikhil is a Vice President with nearly a decade of advisory and corporate finance experience for clients ranging from pre-revenue startups to large UK based multinationals across multiple sectors and private equity houses both UK focused and international.
Before joining Accordion, Nikhil spent half a decade working in investment banking at UBS with a focus on valuation, transaction execution and ongoing financial advisory services for FTSE 350 companies and private equity clients. He was latterly a Vice President providing M&A, ECM and strategic advisory services for clients from UBS’ UK coverage team in London.
Nikhil started his career in the corporate finance division of PwC where he was responsible for financial modelling of infrastructure projects for the UK government as well as pitching for and executing M&A transactions for mid-cap UK based financial sponsors.
Nikhil graduated with honours from the University of York with a BSc in Economics and Finance.
