Shirley Yeung

Shirley is a Director with 15 years of accounting and auditing experience.

Before joining Accordion, Shirley was the Controller at Optanix Inc., a Francisco Partners portfolio company specializing in IT management software and managed services. She was responsible for the monthly close process and financial reporting to management. Notably, she was a key contributor for the consolidation and presentation of financial data for company acquisition.

Prior to Optanix, Shirley started her career as an auditor at Holtz Rubenstein Reminick and eventually joined the assurance practice of PwC. She was responsible for performing and reviewing audit procedures, controls testing, drafting financial statements and reviewing financial transactions.

Shirley graduated from Baruch College with a B.A. in Accountancy.
