Eric is a Technical Director with nearly two decades of experience in technical execution, leadership, and organizational improvement with clients ranging from small startups to large multinational companies. Eric specializes in building cohesive, efficient teams and procedures.
Before joining Accordion, Eric spent a decade running his own technical advisory business, helping clients lead and manage effective, efficient, enjoyable software development teams in the ERP realm. Eric helped numerous teams overcome the chaos that inevitably comes with high-growth phases of business by organizing and optimizing their knowledge and procedures so they could unleash the full potential of their strengths and talents.
Eric has worked at every level of technical consulting firms – as an individual contributor in software development, as a solution architect, as a manager and director of software developers, and as an owner.
Eric started his career in the Defense industry, working closely with NASA, the U.S. Department of Defense, and the United States Marine Corps to enhance the command and control capabilities of forward-deployed military units.
Eric graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with concurrent B.S. degrees in Computer Engineering and Electrical Engineering.
