Rachel is a Senior Director in Accordion’s Transformation practice with more than a decade of experience in industry and consulting. She specializes in business operations and project management.
Prior to joining Accordion, Rachel was Chief of Staff at OperationsRx (acquired by Accordion in 2024), a management consulting firm specializing in a hands-on approach to EBITDA Enhancement and Working Capital Optimization. Rachel led the operations of the firm for several years, ensuring resources were staffed, engaging with the clients from a relationship perspective, and taking care of all back-office functions. Prior to assuming her role as COS, Rachel managed many complex engagements with her specialization in PMO – Project Management Office – for the firm.
Rachel has demonstrated expertise in Project Management, leading both client and internal teams to ensure enhanced communication, delivery of consistent results, improved stakeholder satisfaction, better risk management, and increased productivity. Before OperationsRx, she spent time in both the Industrials and Automotive industries.
Rachel is a graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Biological Engineering and has her Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
