Before joining Accordion, Carol achieved notable success at Sprig Technologies Inc., enhancing revenue analysis under ASC 606 to significantly boost cash flow through improved forecasting and streamlined processes. At Toast, as Accounting Manager, she not only improved forecasting for complex commissions and software costs but also played a crucial role in the company’s IPO process. Her leadership in adopting ASC 842 Leases at JetBlue Airways Corporation led to substantial cost savings and operational efficiencies by optimizing financial models for key assets.
Carol’s career began at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where she honed her auditing skills on financial statements for Fortune 500 companies in the consumer retail and insurance sectors.
A Rutgers University alumna, Carol holds a B.S. in Political Science and an M.B.A. in Professional Accounting. Her CPA designation is complemented by her proficiency in a range of financial software and tools, equipping her to address complex financial challenges effectively.
