Darius is an Associate with more than two years of experience in investment banking and consulting.
Prior to joining Accordion, Darius worked at Broadhaven Capital Partners, an M&A boutique and growth equity investor where he advised and analyzed a variety of acquisitions and capital raises primarily in the fintech space.
Specifically, Darius performed detailed financial analyses on potential acquisition targets, existing portfolio companies, and exit strategies by building financial models focused on various pro forma capital structures, operating scenarios, and acquisition assumptions. His additional responsibilities encompassed conducting business, accounting, and legal due diligence to evaluate the suitability for debt and equity financing raises associated with potential transactions.
In a select transaction, Darius acted as a sell-side advisor to a wealth management consulting firm where he collaborated extensively with senior management and ownership to prepare marketing and process materials, including the confidential information memorandum, management presentations, and various data room exhibits. Additionally, he prepared discounted cash flow and merger analyses to identify accretion / dilution outcomes of potential mergers.
Darius graduated from the University of Chicago with a B.A. in Economics.
