Dillon is a Director of Business Development in the CFO Technology Practice with nearly two decades of experience helping companies optimize profitability, streamline operations, and scale their businesses. Dillon’s expertise spans a wide range of disciplines including private equity, FP&A, supply chain optimization, sales planning, and business development, with a specialized focus on C-suite advisory in industries such as food & beverage, energy, and technology.
Before joining Accordion, Dillon held a range of strategic and leadership roles in both the private equity and entrepreneurial sectors. As VP of Operations at Dalbo Holdings, he helped to successfully scale oil and gas operations across multiple states. At Lincolnshire Management, Dillon gained deep expertise in acquisitions, corporate development, and financial modeling, overseeing key portfolio companies. As an entrepreneur, Dillon founded and grew The Frozen Frogs, a premium alcohol supplier, where he secured partnerships with major distributors and built a direct-to-consumer platform that scaled into multiple states.
Dillon’s most recent experience includes his role as an Enterprise Account Executive at Anaplan, where he has been instrumental in driving revenue growth and client success. His ability to lead cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies has led to significant achievements.
Dillon holds a Bachelor’s degree in English with a minor in Business Administration from Rollins College. His professional achievements are complemented by a commitment to lifelong learning, strategic thinking, and continuous improvement. He has also served as a board member for several organizations, including the Clarence & Anne Dillon Fund and Instant Aid, and is passionate about giving back to the community. Additionally, Dillon volunteers as an EMT and enjoys a variety of outdoor activities such as hiking, SCUBA diving, and skiing with his family.
