Hannah Knowles is a Vice President of Resource Management with more than 13 years of experience in the resource management, strategic staffing, and talent operations space. She specializes is staffing strategies that align business needs with career growth in dynamic, high volume environments.
Prior to joining Accordion, Hannah served as Assistant Director of Experience Management (Resource Management) at EY-Parthenon, where she spent over 5 years overseeing staffing for their Private Equity practice. In this role, she managed staffing across multiple sectors and industries, supporting projects in the PE commercial due diligence, PortCo value creation, and strategy space. During her tenure, Hannah staffed over 1,300 private equity projects and collaborated closely with leadership to balance business priorities with team development and advised on broader talent development initiatives.
Earlier in her career, Hannah held resource management roles at Digitas, a leading digital marketing and advertising agency, where she managed the staffing operations for their Technology and Media practices based in Boston. She also worked at Keystone Partners, a human capital management firm, staffing consultants on client needs for leadership development, executive coaching, HR consulting, and training. Hannah began her staffing career at Robert Half International, gaining foundational experience in staffing and talent placement.

Hannah graduated with honors from Gettysburg College with a B.A. in Studio Art and Art History.
