Sabrina Hayouna is a Director in the Transformation Practice at Accordion, with 15 years of experience as a Supply Chain professional. Her expertise encompasses project management, planning, procurement, distribution, and ERP optimization.

Before joining Accordion, Sabrina was a Manager in the Supply Chain Consulting Practice at OperationsRx, driving transformative results across diverse industries such as consumer beverage, automotive products, and vitamin manufacturing for the last 4 years. Previously, she held pivotal leadership roles in the Aerospace industry at Honeywell International. There, she specialized in large-scale planning and procurement, along with global distribution for various sectors including Aftermarket, OEM, and Defense & Space. Sabrina’s tenure in this fast-paced and demanding environment saw her successfully leading numerous complex projects, delivering substantial impacts on business profitability and operational efficiency.

Sabrina has demonstrated proficiency in Supply Chain Management across a spectrum of industries. From strategic planning and procurement to distribution, logistics, and ERP implementation and optimization, she has continuously elevated processes and directed continuous improvement initiatives, ultimately translating into significant business impact for her clients.

Sabrina received her Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from the University of Arizona with a minor in International Business. Beyond her academic achievements, she actively engages in mentoring college seniors as they prepare to embark on their professional journeys.
