Sumukh Bhatia

Sumukh is a Director with nearly seven years of advisory, M&A transaction execution, and corporate development experience. He specializes in helping companies achieve strategic transformation through successful integration and separation planning and execution from pre-deal due diligence to post-close.

Prior to Accordion, Sumukh held multiple corporate development roles within the cryptocurrency, technology, and financial services industries. He successfully led and closed divestiture and integration transactions end-to-end ranging from $100M+ to $8.0BN, and served as a strategic partner to operational functions and executive teams to maximize deal value.

Sumukh began his career in client services at PwC, providing operational due-diligence as well as integration and separation management support for both strategic and financial clients. Areas of expertise include achieving Day One readiness, post-close value capture, operating model design, and transition services management. He also partners with his clients enhance enterprise-wide M&A capabilities through the creation of formalized frameworks and playbooks, which were deployed for multiple successfully closed deals.

Sumukh graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in Finance and Economics.
