Thomas is a Director with over 10 years of experience in financial services including investment banking, advisory, valuation, and commercial banking. His expertise spans various industries including healthcare, technology, financial services, and manufacturing with companies ranging from early-stage ventures to large multinational corporations

While at Accordion, Thomas has specialized in strategic financial planning and analysis initiatives, including developing budgeting and forecasting models, performing root-cause analyses, forecasting cash flows, and developing reporting packages, among others. He also has expertise in leveraging data modeling, analytics, and visualization to augment reporting and visibility.

Prior to joining Accordion, Thomas worked at Outcome Capital, a specialized healthcare and life science investment banking and advisory firm, focused on sell-side acquisition and strategic advisory engagements.​

Before Outcome Capital, he spent six years at Silicon Valley Bank where he advised on buy-side M&A transactions, published market insight reports on emerging trends in healthcare, and underwrote complex credit transactions for both public and private clients.​

Thomas began his career at Kamylon Capital, a private equity fund, where he focused on origination and evaluation of potential investments.​

Thomas graduated summa cum laude from Suffolk University with a B.S. in Finance and from The University of North Carolina with a M.B.A in Finance and Strategy Consulting.​
