Heinrich Schroeder

Heinrich is a Senior Director with a decade’s experience in management consultancy. His expertise include enterprise and finance technology transformation, finance function improvement, post-merger integration, and finance operations strategy.

Prior to joining Accordion, Heinrich held a Manager position at Deloitte UK based out of London, where he led global finance transformation and post-merger integration programs. Managing teams of up to thirty, he partnered with CFO’s and CIOs to realize benefits and synergies coming from the transformation of people, process, and technology.

Heinrich has experience working with a broad range of clients spanning from small startups to global enterprises across Europe, Asia, Africa and North America. His industry experience includes the worlds largest online media businesses such as Google, eBay, Adevinta, and OLX Group; banking and financial services such as HSBC Bank and AA Insurance; and technology businesses such as HP and MicroFocus.

Heinrich started his career as an auditor and accounting specialist at Advoca Auditing Inc. in South Africa, after which he immigrated to the UK to join Deloitte Consulting at their London office as a Manager in Enterprise Transformation and Platforms and led the practice’s proposition for Record to Report excellence.

He graduated from the University of Pretoria with a Bachelors in Commerce and Accounting, followed by two post-graduate degrees in Advanced and Applied Accounting Sciences. Heinrich qualified as a Chartered Accountant with the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants.
