Robert Godfrey is a Director in Accordion’s Data & Analytics practice with more than two decades of experience leading enterprise data, analytics, and AI transformation. He specializes in data-platform strategy and architecture, governed data products, semantic layers, data governance, and translating complex business priorities into measurable financial and operational outcomes.
Prior to joining Accordion, Robert led enterprise data architecture and global delivery for a Fortune 500 consumer-products organization, building a governed Snowflake data foundation across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR, and commercial functions. He led a cross-functional delivery organization of more than 50 people, improved time-to-insight by 30 percent, and established shared models, data products, and domain ownership across complex operational systems. Previously, at Nutrien Ag Solutions, Robert led data engineering, analytics, and finance-led value-realization initiatives, including a measurement framework that supported more than $700 million in realized incremental revenue verified by Internal Audit.
Robert holds a B.A. in Geography and Anthropology from the University of Florida. He is SnowPro Core certified and has presented at national conferences on analytics, data platforms, and enterprise technology.
