George is an Associate with nearly 4 years of FP&A experience, primarily related to private-equity backed logistics. George specializes in analyses to examine operational trends and provide cost-saving recommendations.
Before joining Accordion, George spent over 3 years working for DCLI, a semi-truck chassis leasing company headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, upon graduating from college. George served as a financial analyst on the Operations FP&A team, with a focus on expense-related trends to provide insight into monthly financials, as well as company-wide cost reduction initiatives. George also worked to generate analyses and presentations on these items for DCLI’s private-equity stakeholders.
George has worked in various other roles to provide market research and data analysis, in industries such as renewable energy, commercial real estate, and insurance. George also lived in Denmark for 5 months as part of a Global Economics program through UNC, where he learned about a variety of worldwide economies and international business operations.
George graduated from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill with a B.A. in Economics.
