Jess is an HR Business Partner with more than 10 years of experience across the HR field. Prior to joining Accordion, she spent eight years at Tax Systems, a tax compliance software business backed by Providence Equity Partners, where she was Group HR Lead. In this role, Jess led a team of three and provided HR support across five jurisdictions.
Before Tax Systems, Jess worked within the HR team at Birds Eye, gaining experience in the FMCG sector. She began her HR career at SAP, where she completed her placement year in the recruitment team.
Jess is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and holds a postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management, as well as an undergraduate degree in Human Resource Management.
