Veronica is an Associate on the Talent Acquisition team at Accordion Partners leveraging her expertise to support the Turnaround & Restructuring and Strategic Finance teams.
With nearly 6.5 years of recruiting experience in both non-profit and for-profit organizations, known for her strategic approach, she partners with leaders to design and execute talent strategies tailored for complex and rapidly evolving sectors.
Prior to joining Accordion, Veronica served as a Senior Consultant on the Investment Banking team at Selby Jennings in Chicago, where she specialized in recruiting across several industries including Turnaround & Restructuring, Transaction Advisory, Investment Banking, and OCFO functions. Before that, she built her ability to rapidly master new industries as an Account Executive at Medix, focusing on the allied healthcare sector and developing agile recruiting solutions to meet demanding client needs.
Earlier in her career, Veronica was the Director of Recruitment for Girl Scouts of Greater South Texas, where she developed a strong foundation in aligning people to organizations and gained her start as a talent strategist in the nonprofit sector.
Veronica earned her B.B.A. in Marketing from Texas Tech University.
