Alex Shofler is a Director with over a decade of experience across private equity, technology, and strategic growth. His background combines investment experience with advising private equity firms and portfolio companies on technology strategy, operational improvement, and growth initiatives.
Prior to joining Accordion, Alex spent five years on Oracle NetSuite’s private equity team, where he worked closely with private equity firms, operating partners, and portfolio company executives. He led the company’s private equity practice across the East and West Coasts and built strategic relationships with investment firms and their portfolio companies. His work focused on helping sponsors and management teams evaluate technology strategies, scale finance and operations, and build the infrastructure needed to support growth following an acquisition.
Prior to Oracle, Alex worked in private equity at The Gores Group, where he sourced and evaluated investment opportunities across three funds. His investment background complements his experience advising private equity firms and portfolio companies on technology and operations, giving him perspective from both the investment and operating sides of the private equity ecosystem.
Alex holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business and a B.A. in International Business from ESCEM in France.
