Raj is a Senior Director of CFO Technology at Accordion with nearly 20 years of experience leading enterprise technology transformations. He specializes in aligning business strategy and technical execution, with deep expertise across Salesforce platforms, multi-cloud architecture, and customer engagement solutions.
Before joining Accordion, Raj was a director and Salesforce practice leader at GyanSys and Jade Global, where he built and scaled Centers of Excellence and advised senior executives on digital transformation initiatives.
He has led global implementations spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, as well as AI-enabled customer engagement and security remediation efforts. Raj holds more than 25 Salesforce certifications, including Application Architect, System Architect, and Platform Developer credentials.
He earned an MBA in Software Enterprise Management and a B.Tech. in Information Technology from Anna University.
