Rich is a Senior Director with more than 25 years of legal experience, with clients including global investment banks, hedge funds, technology companies, publishers and non-profits. Rich specializes in employment law, litigation, financial regulatory issues and transactional work.

With Accordion, Rich partners with management to provide guidance on achieving growth while complying with ever-changing laws and regulations.

Before joining Accordion, Rich spent over a decade working in-house at Credit Suisse, where he advised on employment law, litigation, regulatory issues and transactional work. In this role, Rich worked with senior management on numerous restructurings, spin-offs and start-up businesses within the bank. Prior to that, he was a Managing Director within the legal department of HSBC Securities, LLC.

His experience includes working on legal issues in the U.S., Latin America and the Caribbean, Europe, and APAC.

Rich graduated from Cornell University with a B.S. in Industrial & Labor Relations and from Duke University School of Law with a J.D.
