Amin Shariff

Amin is a Director in Accordion’s Finance Transformation practice with over a decade of experience in system implementation, digital transformation, mergers and acquisitions integration, and finance performance improvement for organizations ranging from high-growth companies to Fortune 500 enterprises. He focuses on optimizing finance operating models and end‑to‑end processes across procure‑to‑pay, order‑to‑cash, and record‑to‑report, with an emphasis on controls, working capital, and technology enablement in sectors including financial services, healthcare, and business services.

At Accordion, Amin leads finance transformation workstreams for sponsor‑backed platforms, spanning finance diagnostic efforts, target operating model design, and implementation of new processes and systems. His recent work includes integration programs for multi‑entity platforms where he has redesigned procure‑to‑pay and order‑to‑cash workflows, led ERP and adjacent finance system rollouts, coordinated payment and billing integrations, and developed automation solutions that reduce manual effort while improving data quality and visibility for CFOs and controllers.

Before joining Accordion, Amin was Senior Manager of M&A Integrations at 777 Partners, where he oversaw the integration of multiple acquisitions, redesigned core finance processes, and led ERP deployments and other F&A system implementations. Earlier, as a Manager at EY, he advised clients on finance transformation, strategy, process improvement, and shared services, including financial system integration work following the Dow–DuPont merger and implementation of SAP Central Finance on S/4HANA for Corteva. His prior experience also includes roles at EY‑Parthenon and the University of Miami Health System. Amin holds a B.S. in Economics from Florida International University.
