Saharsh is a Director with more than a decade of experience driving business transformation through data strategy, advanced analytics, financial modeling, and operational excellence. He combines management consulting rigor with hands-on analytics delivery and deep manufacturing operations expertise, helping organizations translate complex data and operational challenges into actionable, value-creating outcomes.
At Accordion, Saharsh serves as a trusted advisor to private equity firms and their portfolio companies across healthcare, manufacturing, and technology. His work includes assessing data maturity, defining enterprise data strategies, designing and implementing modern data platforms—including Microsoft Fabric and Snowflake—and delivering executive-level KPI, financial, and operational reporting using Power BI. He has led high-impact initiatives such as building budgeting, cash-flow forecasting, and revenue forecasting models at granular product, customer, and departmental levels to support informed decision-making.
Saharsh also brings deep expertise in automation and operational efficiency, having led teams to design and deploy large-scale RPA solutions using UiPath and Power Automate, resulting in thousands of FTE hours saved. He has spearheaded analytics initiatives that enabled the recovery of over $10 million in overdue payments. Beyond client delivery, Saharsh plays a significant internal leadership role at Accordion, serving as Key Account Manager for multiple clients with more than $1.3 million in annual managed revenue, co-leading business development efforts, launching an internal client success function, and mentoring and recruiting talent.
Prior to Accordion, Saharsh built a strong foundation across finance, operations, and industrial environments at Johnson Matthey, a global specialty chemicals and manufacturing company. There, he held roles spanning operations and technical engineering, led large production teams, delivered meaningful cost and yield improvements, implemented lean and TPM frameworks, and supported product scale-ups and brownfield expansion projects. His work generated significant financial impact through multi-million dollars in annual savings and capacity improvements and earned multiple regional and global internal awards.
Saharsh holds an MBA in Finance and Analytics from the University at Buffalo (SUNY), School of Management, where he was a recipient of the Dean’s MBA Scholarship, and a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi. He is also a SnowPro Core–certified professional.
