Steve is a Vice President with nine years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, and accounting across both industry roles and consulting engagements.
At Accordion, Steve partners with private equity-backed companies and their finance teams across technology, healthcare, and insurance to improve performance visibility and decision-making. He develops reporting packs that meet board and lender requirements while equipping finance and operations leaders with dashboards that surface trends, variance drivers, and actionable KPIs. He also specializes in leading budget cycles and building forecast models that tie financial outcomes directly to operational drivers.
Before joining Accordion, Steve began his career at Nissan North America where he held multiple roles within the Finance organization. Most recently he served as a labor and overhead controller at the Smyrna, TN manufacturing plant, responsible for budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis for the Stamping, Body, and Product Quality shops. His other roles covered FP&A and cost accounting within the Parts and Service division. Throughout his time at Nissan, Steve worked closely with manufacturing directors and dealer field teams to secure buy-in on budgets and forecasts and to communicate financial results, risks, and opportunities.
Steve graduated from Florida State University with a B.S. in Accounting and Finance.
