Mayank Shukla

Mayank Shukla is a Director with nearly 18 years of Finance Transformation experience advising Fortune 500 and Private Equity clients. His area of focus includes accounting process improvement, SG&A cost transformation and technology automation.

Prior to Accordion, Mayank spent his time at Ankura Consulting and Riveron advising clients on enterprise-wide transformation projects such as accounting close process improvements, GL accounting and reporting improvements, Customer billing, collections enhancement, procurement and cost optimization. During this time Mayank led multiple client engagements delivering finance & accounting ops assessment, ERP strategy, RFP creation and vendor selection. He has also led SG&A cost optimization projects to assess and identify cost saving initiatives for the clients.

Prior to Riveron, Mayank spent seven years in the Advisory practice of EY and partnered with executive leaders of Fortune 100 clients. He managed global finance transformation projects for Fortune 50 clients to improve complex controllership processes including intercompany profit in inventory at transactional level, foreign currency translations and non-controlling Interest along with data governance and controls. He also delivered multiple financial consolidation projects and Day 1 readiness for carve-outs.

His experience includes working with middle-market companies to Fortune 50 companies across automotive, energy, equipment rental & retail industries.

Mayank graduated from Indian Institute of Technology with a B. Tech. in Civil Engineering and from McCombs Business School with an M.B.A. in Finance & Accounting.
