Jerry is a Director at Accordion with over 15 years of management consulting experience in leading global teams, initiating and delivering on strategic transformation initiatives, and building and growing lasting change.

At Accordion, Jerry has partnered with private equity backed companies to help launch multifaceted Transformation initiatives and managed them through the changes. As a trusted business advisor, Jerry has helped companies by learning about their business, reviewing their current state financial operational processes and identified opportunities to optimize, introduce automation, and outsource or offshore capabilities.

As part of large-scale Transformation initiatives, Jerry has helped determine go-forward plans to progress on stalled projects, maximize the impact of automation initiatives by extending the opportunities to various business areas, identified challenges with in-flight projects and mitigated risks, helped with removing inter-departmental communication roadblocks, and helped manage change fatigue with groups affected by multiple initiatives. He has also established and led Transformation leadership committees to help executive communications.

As part of targeted improvements in Finance and Accounting, Jerry has helped provide improvements to working capital, including source-to-pay and quote-to-cash process improvements, help identify cost reduction and automation opportunities, and improving financial reporting capabilities.

Before joining Accordion, Jerry was with EY and provided advisory services to Fortune 100 companies, where he has helped identify Transformation roadmaps and led multiple CFO-driven initiatives in the U.S., Latin America, and Europe, including ERP, Financial Close and Financial Corporate Performance Management tool implementations. He has also led efforts to help companies automate their low-value manual finance and reporting processes, establish of centers of excellence both onshore and offshore, and provided project and change management to various initiatives.

Jerry began his career working at JP Morgan Chase in Finance roles and focused on process improvement projects. From there, he joined Merrill Lynch in a Finance Technology role focused on reporting improvements and expense management initiatives.
