Penny Tehrani-Littrell

Penny Tehrani-Littrell is Accordion’s Chief Legal & Integration Officer and a member of its Senior Leadership Team. A business executive and operator with deep legal expertise, Penny works at the intersection of enterprise strategy, M&A, organizational transformation, technology, and global growth.

At Accordion, Penny’s responsibilities extend well beyond traditional legal leadership. She leads the firm’s M&A integration efforts, including the integration of eight acquisitions, and plays a key role in international expansion, strategic talent initiatives, enterprise transformation, and organizational scale. She also oversees global legal and compliance matters, helping the firm navigate the complexity of scaling a private equity-backed, technology-enabled professional services business delivering AI solutions, technology, and services.

As Accordion continues building an AI-forward firm, Penny works across the operating, organizational, and governance dimensions of AI strategy and implementation. Her focus includes enterprise adoption, change management, responsible governance, and the alignment of people, processes, and operating models necessary to translate emerging technologies into sustainable business capabilities expected by Accordion’s PE-backed portfolio company and enterprise corporation clients.

Penny brings more than two decades of executive experience spanning investment banking, financial services, global consumer businesses, and professional services. Before joining Accordion in 2023, she served as Acting General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Revlon, where she was a member of the executive leadership team and oversaw global legal, compliance, and physical security. Her experience at Revlon provided firsthand exposure to the complexities of a global, multibrand consumer business operating across markets, distribution channels, and functions.

Previously, Penny was Managing Director and Head of Corporate Legal for Nomura in the Americas, while also supporting Instinet, its trading arm, globally. Working closely with executives and senior business leaders, she was involved in M&A and divestitures, private equity and venture investments, strategic talent and executive hiring, technology and corporate transformations, digital assets, financings, and international expansion. Her responsibilities extended across strategic initiatives central to the growth and evolution of Nomura’s businesses.

Earlier in her career, Penny practiced commercial litigation at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan and held corporate roles at OppenheimerFunds and Cowen.

An entrepreneur at heart, Penny also advises businesses in consumer sectors, particularly beauty, wellness, fashion, luxury, and hospitality. Her experience across these industries informs her perspective on brand value, changing consumer behavior, technology, capital, and the opportunities facing businesses undergoing transformation.

Throughout her career, Penny has been guided by a simple philosophy: change is the only constant. She believes that while strategy creates opportunity, execution determines value, and that successful transformation depends on leadership, judgment, adaptability, and the ability to align people around a shared direction.

Penny earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School and her B.A., cum laude, from Binghamton University. She is admitted to practice law in New York.
