Alex is a Director with more than eight years of experience in the NetSuite space, focused on helping private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies scale their finance technology.
At Accordion, he leads core NetSuite configuration, billing, and integration workstreams for sponsors and portfolio companies, with a particular focus on subscription and usage-based billing, advanced revenue recognition, and complex multi-entity operating models. He is responsible for designing and overseeing end-to-end solution architecture, coordinating cross-functional stakeholder workshops, and guiding client teams through testing, cutover, and post–go-live stabilization, while also serving as an ongoing advisor on roadmap, controls, and process design.
Alex has previously worked as an internal Developer/Administrator and Technical Consultant, giving him hands-on experience across a wide variety of NetSuite features and use cases. Before joining Accordion, he worked at PlaqueMaker.com, where he oversaw their NetSuite implementation and SuiteCommerce Advanced website, managed a team responsible for onboarding new product lines to the web store, and led website integrations and customizations to streamline communication across customer service, management, and warehouse teams.
Alex is also an early adopter and active developer in the emerging space of AI-powered ERP tooling, with a focus on NetSuite’s Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration. He has designed and built custom MCP tools that automate complex financial analyses such as detecting unrecorded liabilities through vendor billing pattern recognition, identifying revenue leakage across multiple scenarios, and surfacing risks that traditional reporting often misses. He has led peer-facing demos of these tools to experienced NetSuite consultants and contributed to validation testing against live NetSuite environments, using SuiteQL cross-referencing to verify tool accuracy. His work sits at the intersection of finance operations and applied AI, helping PE-backed companies move from reactive close processes to proactive risk identification.
Alex graduated from DeVry University with a B.S. in Multimedia Design and Development at the top of his class and received the Academic Award of Excellence.
