Tom is a Senior Consultant with over a decade of experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, and process improvement experience ranging from software implementation to report and process automation.
Before joining Accordion, Tom spent the first 11 years of his professional career in corporate finance at Members 1st FCU, focused on budgeting, forecasting and analysis. Tom has a wide range of skills and abilities ranging from software implementation, financial planning and analysis, as well as data reporting and visualization.
Tom has worked in various interim finance roles to improve visibility into short-term financial results, long range financial plans, and develop standardized reporting processes. As a Senior Financial Analyst for the last 7 years, he served as a key member of a CPM software implementation, has worked closely with senior executives on developing business plans and delivers meaningful and accurate reporting back on them.
Tom graduated with from the University of Pittsburgh with a B.S. in Business Administration, and from Penn State University with a M.B.A. in Data Analytics.
