Bob is a Managing Director with more than 35 years of experience in consulting, supply chain, and operations leadership positions. He has extensive expertise in operations improvement, lean manufacturing, Toyota Production System, supply chain management, and network optimization. Prior to joining Accordion, Bob was an Engagement Director with OperationsRx. There, his expertise was centered on operational turnaround, cost reduction, supply chain improvements, and EBITDA enhancements. He also served in several interim management roles in operations and supply chain management.
Some of Bob’s recent engagements have been focused on operational improvements at underperforming manufacturing sites through the introduction of lean concepts and the Toyota Production System. He has also led projects focused on network optimization and supply chain improvements.
Prior to joining OperationsRx, Bob spent nearly 30 years in leadership roles in supply chain and operations. His most recent position was as a Director of Operations for the largest furniture manufacturer in the world where he opened a new manufacturing facility and grew it to over 1000 employees. Prior to this, he was Vice President of Operations for a manufacturer with responsibility for the supply chain organization and operations in the U.S. and China.
Bob graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater with a B.A. in Operations Management.
