For each acquisition target or divestiture, we analyze assets and intellectual property, and assess all up-front issues and factors including financial performance, valuation, risk, and feasibility.
Manage the Data Exchange
We coordinate and oversee due diligence, helping to develop presentation materials and deliverables – including sales and purchase orders and supporting analysis, and facilitating marketing and transactional activities in secure data rooms.
We initiate contact with target buyers and liaise between parties, helping to establish pricing guidelines, prepare offer memorandums, and assist with deal negotiations.
Upon conclusion of the transaction, we support a smooth and seamless transition to new ownership and provide hands-on management for the wind down of deal activity.
