Will has held senior finance, operational and strategic positions for private and public companies of all sizes and across all stages of the business cycle from early-stage high-growth businesses to mature global conglomerates. His 25+ years of experience has focused on working with companies facing critical financial, operational and strategic challenges and leading complex solution focused initiatives which include developing/implementing bottoms-up long-range strategic business plans, creating global liquidity monitoring and management capabilities, finance function & system overhauls, esoteric debt & equity capital raises, and debt restructurings.
Will’s career started at Merrill Lynch in their Real Estate Investment Banking group where he structured debt financings for public and private, domestic and international companies. From Merrill, Will went to business school after which he transitioned to working with companies as an interim-manager (FP&A/CFO/CRO) and financial/turnaround advisor, side-by-side with incumbent management teams and owners tackling all types of operational, structural and financial challenges.
Over his career, Will has had success across multiple industries as his leadership, finance, accounting, transaction, transformation, capital raising and strategic capabilities have proven transferrable across multiple business models including manufacturing, digital media, aerospace, healthcare services, energy, on-line marketplaces, E&P, logistics, hospitality, and real estate.
