Jaykumar Bidarkar is a Senior Vice President at Merilytics with over two decades of experience in developing/implementing technology solutions for large multi-national banks and financial institutions.
Before Merilytics (acquired by Accordion in 2023), Jaykumar was a Senior Manager at Bank of America, where he led the Servicing & Fulfillment Team including major transformational initiatives, strategic technology implementations, and technology roadmap creation in close collaboration with the onshore leadership teams. He was able to deliver more than $5M worth of high-quality application enhancements, including driving the “Tech with Ops” initiative to reduce TAT and Production Support dependencies on the Development Team.
Prior to Bank of America, Jaykumar was a Senior Manager at Dun & Bradstreet, where he gained extensive experience in risk management through the development and deployment of technology solutions for the Credit Division (both Retail and Corporate) of banks in the Middle East Region. Jaykumar is credited with the first implementation of the Corporate Rating Solution at one of the major banks in the UAE. Later, he led the deployment of Retail Rating Solutions and established/supported the Credit Information of Bureau Limited (“CIBIL”) and iScore (Egypt), and for Central Bank of Oman (CBO).
Jaykumar graduated from Kakatiya University with a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and later completed his PMP certification from PMI org. He is also trained and certified in iCMG technical topology. Jaykumar is also certified in Azure Administration and Designing Infrastructure (AZ-104, AZ-305).
