Pawan is a Senior Vice President at Merilytics, with more than 25 years of experience in General Management and People Management. He presently heads the Employee Relations, Procurement, and Administration Functions at Merilytics.
Before joining Merilytics (acquired by Accordion in 2023), Pawan served in the Indian Navy for 21 years in various roles and capacities, both on ships and on shore. His last appointment before retiring in December 2018 was in the Directorate of Naval Training in the Naval HQs, New Delhi, specifically responsible for formulating and implementing plans for training of Indian Navy personnel abroad with Foreign Navies.
Pawan’s focus is to enhance employee experience throughout their life cycle and create a fun and dynamic work environment where every employee can excel, all while maintaining the cultural ethos of the Company.
Pawan holds a B.S. degree from Jawaharlal Nehru University, M.S. degree in Gunnery and Missile Systems from CUSAT, Kochi, M.S. in Defence and Strategic Studies from University of Madras, and a Master’s Diploma in International Trade from Symbiosis University.
