Lindsay is Accordion’s Chief People Officer and a Human Resources professional with two decades of experience across a number of specialties including organizational design, learning and leadership development, advisory/coaching, HR administration, and employee engagement.

Before joining Accordion, Lindsay held roles in a number of financial services firms working closely with business leaders and employees to promote a culture that drives business results. Most recently, she served as the first Chief People Officer at MEMX (Members Exchange), where she worked closely with leadership to set the people strategy and execute in a startup environment.

Lindsay is enthusiastic about the strong connection between employee engagement and performance and aims to create an environment where employees feel connected to the organization’s mission, to each other, and to the culture they are collectively responsible for.

Lindsay graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.A. in Psychology and from Hofstra University with a M.A. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology.
