Luke is a Managing Director with over a decade of experience in finance, performance management, and technology, primarily focused on private equity-backed portfolio companies. At Accordion, Luke partners with management teams to drive transformative engagements in Finance and Digital Transformation as well as Profitability Improvement.

Beginning his career at Johnson & Johnson, Luke excelled in a leadership program, delivering impactful global finance initiatives across multiple international locations, including the UK, Belgium, Czechia, the UAE, and Japan. Since then, he has leveraged his Fortune 50 expertise to lead initiatives for private equity-backed companies, building deep relationships with over 10 different private equity funds and more than 30 portfolio companies.

Luke is recognized for his partnership-driven approach, working with management teams to establish foundational processes after initial institutional investment, and scaling operations for both emerging and established organizations. Positioned at the crossroads of transformation, technology enablement, and pragmatic execution, Luke offers a unique perspective on value creation.

Recently, Luke transitioned to Accordion’s London office, where he continues to enhance the firm’s value proposition for European sponsors and clients.

Luke holds a B.S. in Finance from Indiana University, Bloomington.
