Luke Espich

Luke is a Managing Director with nearly a decade of finance, performance management, and technology experience. The lion’s share of this experience has been supporting private equity and strategic initiatives at portfolio companies. With Accordion, Luke partners with management teams to lead transformative engagements in Finance Transformation, Digital Transformation, Working Capital Improvement, and Profitability Improvement.

Luke started his career with Johnson & Johnson, where he excelled in a leadership program and led several impactful Finance initiatives. Since then, Luke has harnessed this Fortune 50 expertise by leading engagements at private equity-backed portfolio companies, working with over ten different private equity funds and over 30 portfolio companies.

He has led advisory engagements across numerous industries and sizes of businesses. From setting up reporting processes immediately after a first institutional investment to leading a sell-side process to a public multinational, he has successfully led teams across the deal lifecycle. Other engagement experiences include Budgeting and Strategic Planning, Operational and Cashflow Forecasting, Business Intelligence and Performance Reporting, Accounting Operations, and Technology Strategy.

Luke graduated from Indiana University, Bloomington, with a B.S. in Finance.
