Steve is a Managing Director with more than two decades experience in Human Resources working for global organizations across multiple regions.

Before joining Accordion, Steve was the International Head of HR Operations & HR Transformation for Nomura Securities. Over the course of 13+ years, he helped transform Nomura’s HR operating model, overseeing the development of a number of functions including HRIS, Payroll, Compensation and Shared Services.

Prior to Nomura, Steve was at Barclays where he served as the regional Compensation Lead for Barclays Wealth. While there Steve helped structure compensation policy as an advisor to the Wealth division and also worked on HR system integrations related to Barclays acquisition of Lehman Brothers.

Prior to Barclays, Steve started his career at Lehman Brothers. While at Lehman Steve held roles in HRIS, Analytics and Compensation, spending 9 years in their London office before transferring to New York.

Steve graduated from New City College (UK) with Advanced Level qualifications in Business Studies & History
