Courtney is Accordion’s Chief Marketing Officer – responsible for brand development, market awareness, and customer loyalty.
With over two decades of experience, Courtney’s career spans a variety of industries, but the focus remains consistent: driving high growth category creators. Prior to Accordion, she spent eleven years helping build Axiom, the innovator and market leader in the business of law. Joining in the very early days, she developed and evolved the brand from a resourcing startup into a global technology and services firm with over 1,300 employees. Over that span, she helped grow revenue 20x over culminating in a billion dollar exit. Prior to that, she marketed highly recognized brands such as Conde Nast, Four Seasons, Siemens and Jenny Craig.
Courtney graduated with honors from Northwestern University.
