Courtney Bowerman

Courtney is the Chief Marketing Officer who leads brand development, drives market awareness, and oversees thought leadership for Accordion.

Her career spans a variety industries, but the focus remains consistent: driving high growth category creators. Prior to Accordion, she spent eleven years helping build Axiom, the innovator and market leader in the business of law. Joining in the very early days, she developed and evolved the brand from a resourcing startup into a global technology and services firm with over 1,300 employees and $200 million in revenue. Prior to that, she marketed highly recognized brands such as Four Seasons, Siemens and Jenny Craig.

She graduated with honors from Northwestern University. When she’s not dreaming up marketing ideas, you can find her devouring spicy food or carting her four kids around in her stick shift Jeep (top always down and seat belts sometimes optional).
