Kasey Rosado is a Senior Managing Director based in New York, with over 25 years of financial, operational, and leadership experience specializing in financial restructurings and operational turnarounds, including advising under-performing and distressed companies. Kasey has assisted companies, lenders, and financial sponsors in addressing complex financial and operational matters. She has worked on domestic and international engagements across a broad range of industries including life sciences, healthcare, consumer products and manufacturing, retail and apparel, media and entertainment, restaurant food service, for-profit education and technology.
In addition to serving as an advisor, Kasey has acted as an interim executive in several senior finance/restructuring officer positions for both private and public companies. She has provided leadership to clients during periods of change in the executive ranks while working with board members and financial sponsors to rebuild executive teams that will provide the appropriate level of leadership for the organization. Kasey has played an integral role in helping clients streamline organizational processes across key functional departments to increase visibility and accountability, while focusing on measurability and profitability.
Prior to joining Accordion, Kasey was with Ankura, CDG Group and PwC, assisting troubled companies and their creditors in financial restructurings and operational turnarounds, including evaluating, developing, and executing financial and strategic alternatives, business and organizational realignment, product repositioning, financial measurement and benchmarking, and refinancing.
Kasey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Syracuse University.
