Kevin Bernardini is a Managing Director at Accordion and is the leader of the Supply Chain / Operations Center of Excellence in the Transformation Practice. He has nearly 4 decades of experience building professional services businesses with a focus on EBITDA Enhancement and Value Creation.
Kevin founded OperationsRx in 2001 and grew the business over 23 years. In 2024 Accordion acquired OperationsRx to become the Supply Chain and Operations COE of the Transformation Practice. OperationsRx plays a critical role in developing Supply Chain Solutions, Lean Manufacturing Deployments, Six Sigma Initiatives, Distribution & Logistics, and Business Systems initiatives designed to drive Value Creation for our clients. Along with managing OperationsRx Mr. Bernardini has served in interim Leadership roles such as Chief Operating Officer for large US manufacturing businesses. Prior to OperationsRx, Kevin did two tours of duty in the Big 5 – Ernst & Young Charlotte, and Arthur Andersen Hartford.
Kevin has experience in Industrials, Consumer Products, Aerospace, Automotive, Food & Beverage, Service Businesses, Pharmaceuticals, Vitamins and Supplements, etc. He has deep experience in developing Supply Chain Strategies, Lean Manufacturing Deployments, ERP/supporting business systems, Network Optimizations, and overall Business Transformations. Kevin works with Senior Leadership Teams to design, develop, and deploy strategic solutions that are foundational to future growth and EBITDA accretion, ultimately positioning Private Equity Portfolio Companies to transition to the next level.
Kevin received his BS in Industrial Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Rhode Island.
