Lauren has a proven track record that includes successfully building, developing, and expanding high-performing teams and organizations while driving business growth.
Prior to joining Accordion, Lauren held several roles in scaling organizations across talent, operations, and finance to drive business results and support a philosophy of continuous improvement through both organizational and individual development.
Lauren is passionate about the interconnected collaboration between people and the business in professional services organizations. Lauren, in collaboration with leadership and key stakeholders, will fortify and enhance leadership capabilities across the firm. She will lead the function to support a high-performing, engaged, and adaptive workforce with strong leadership, driving business results.
Lauren is a graduate of Northeastern University in Boston, MA with a BA in Liberal Studies and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Human Resource Certification Institution (HRCI).
