Paavan Choudary is the Global Head of Accordion’s Data & Analytics Practice. Earlier, he was the Founder & President of Merilytics (acquired by Accordion in 2023). He has 23 years of experience in Analytics and Management Consulting.
Paavan has spent 15 years providing data analytics and data management solutions to private equity clients and their portfolio companies across the world. These clients span a wide range of industries, including CPG/Retail, Healthcare, Media & Entertainment, Technology, and Business Services.
Prior to founding Merilytics, Paavan worked as a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he served clients across U.S., Africa, and India in diverse industry sectors (including financial services, pharmaceuticals, government, and private equity).
He began his career in Operations and Marketing Analytics at Capital One in Richmond, VA, in the credit card and subprime mortgage businesses.
Paavan has earned an MBA degree from Columbia Business School, New York, and has a Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech.) degree in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Mumbai.
