As a firm, Accordion has grown rapidly due to combined visions of entrepreneurship, flexibility, personal accountability, and client-focused value. As part of this growth, Accordion is invested in evolving our infrastructure, and we are excited to adopt DealCloud as our new CRM.

We have an exciting, newly created opportunity for a CRM expert to help with the launch, management, maintenance, and operational oversight of DealCloud. This role will sit within our Sales Operations team, a part of Global Operations, supporting a set of core business activities and processes to ensure Accordion’s Business Development engine runs effectively, efficiently and in support of business strategies and objectives.

This role can be based in any of our US office locations and is a hybrid role. Ideal candidates should be local to the desired location, with the flexibility to work remotely 2-3 days a week, blending the best of both worlds for efficiency and collaboration.

What You’ll Do:

As the CRM Operations Manager, you will own the day-to-day management, maintenance, and operational oversight for DealCloud (CRM), as well as other Sales Tool Administration. Overall support will be provided to the Sales organization, and will include the following:

  • Centralized sales resource responsible for the upkeep of DealCloud (CRM), and other applications in the Sales toolbox.
  • Act as first point of contact for the Sales organization to assist in solving user's problems.
  • On behalf of the Sales organization, monitor and identify areas for needed tool improvement and recommend solutions. Develop processes and workflows to best support Accordion’s Sales process.
  • Support intake prioritization of internal stakeholder requests.
  • Develop and maintain DealCloud (CRM) & Sales Tool best practices. Convert best practices into training materials for new hire and existing employees.
  • Plan DealCloud (CRM) and Sales Tool strategies, coupled with responding initiatives across the organization encouraging user interaction and measuring overall utilization.
  • Partner with IT to analyze the DealCloud (CRM) / Sales tools to best equip front line Sales. Partnership includes contributions to the Sales technology road map.
  • Automate, run, deliver, and maintain reports for Sales Leadership / Sales Operations, which includes both standard and ad hoc requests. Create and maintain “views,” dashboard maintenance and tear sheet customization.
  • Ensure the DealCloud (CRM) Database will continuously capture all relevant customer information (360 view), along with applicable Sales tool data.
  • Maintain ease of use and optimization of workflows of the DealCloud (CRM) and automation / AI.
  • Support user access (system requests) for all Sales tools. Assist with vendor management.
  • Assist with testing and deploying of proposed solutions.
  • Establish subject matter persona, providing post-deployment support to the internal customers.
  • Responsible for DealCloud (CRM) data entry and master data creation.
  • Ensure proper data management. Partner with internal stakeholders to maintain data integrity and to drive reliable reporting and metrics. Maintain data quality and interface with deal teams to collect input on deal activity and statuses.
  • Responsible for pipeline hygiene.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to communicate and educate the latest information on deal activity and related system features that are reflected in the system.

Ideally, You Have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or IT
  • Working knowledge of CRMs (preferably DealCloud) including firsthand experience (3-5 years) as a Platform Manager or an Administrator
  • Experience in a professional services firm
  • Experience with a variety of Sales tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Pitchbook, NetSuite, Seamless.AI, Power BI, etc.)
  • Advanced level of Excel and PowerPoint experience
  • Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, while driving timely and quality execution of all types of CRM / Sales Tool requests
  • Driven individual with a high level of interest in data, process, and technology
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Own responsibility for communicating complex functionality effectively to client-facing teams
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Think through the best, most efficient solutions that meet Sales Operations business goals
  • Strong research, analytical and reporting skills
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail

Salary: $130,000 to $150,000 + benefits + bonus

Actual compensation packages are determined by evaluating a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, education, certifications, cost of labor and internal equity.
