Practice Description

This role will be a part of the Internal Enterprise Applications Team.  Enterprise Applications supports a set of core business activities and processes that help the Accordion organization run effectively, efficiently and in support of business strategies and objectives.

This position will be based near one of the Accordion offices.  This role can be based in any of our US office locations and is a hybrid role. Ideal candidates should be local to the desired location, with the flexibility to work remotely 2-3 days a week, blending the best of both worlds for efficiency and collaboration.

What You’ll Do:

An application support engineer (ASE) is an IT professional who is responsible for troubleshooting the software applications a company uses and ensuring that help desk tickets are resolved in a timely fashion. 

Essential day-to-day responsibilities for managing the event process include the following:

  • Provide technical support for enterprise-level application systems.
  • Respond to general questions and trouble tickets in a timely manner.
  • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify potential solutions for how to resolve an issue.
  • Prioritize multiple, open issues.
  • Document issue triage as troubleshooting progresses.
  • Follow best practices forchange control of proposed solutions.
  • Maintain service reports.
  • Document actionable bugs for engineering resolution.

Ideally, You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of DealCloud, including firsthand experience (2-3 years) as a Platform Manager or an administrator. DealCloud Platform certification preferred but not required.
  • Experience in a professional services firm.
  • Experience with a variety of Sales tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Pitchbook, NetSuite, Seamless.AI, Power BI, etc.)
  • Advanced level of Excel and PowerPoint experience.
  • Driven individual with a high level of interest in data, process, and technology.
  • Strong research, analytical and reporting skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, while driving timely and quality execution of all types of CRM / Sales tool requests.
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Own responsibility for communicating complex functionality effectively to client-facing teams.
  • Clearly document the business and functional requirements that bring your solutions to life.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Think through the best, most efficient solutions that meet Sales Operations business goals.

  • Candidates must be self-starters, with a strong work ethic and strives for results.

  • A leader of others; you lead by example.
  • A strong team player, able to work with team members across all levels.
  • Reside near an Accordion office and willing to travel according approximately 20%.

Salary: $73,000 - $100,000 + benefits + bonus

Actual compensation packages are determined by evaluating a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, education, certifications, cost of labor and internal equity.
